We applied for a patent for "Cookation", hoping to encourage everyone to cook more at home through the same original intention of Staycation.
Hong Kong is an international food city, so Hong Kong people like to eat out.
But in fact, have you ever thought that you can cook the taste of a chef at home?
The role of our platform is to recruit chefs from various countries and cooperate with us to conduct a national cooking teaching platform, so that people from all over the world can learn from each other and exchange food.
Cookation will also introduce local specialties from Hong Kong and around the world in the form of an online magazine on social platforms and websites, so that everyone can explore more food culture.
Because we believe that food is an international language and that taste is the conduit for conversation.
Coupled with the current immigration wave in Hong Kong, many immigrant Hong Kong people often feel that they can't taste the taste they used to eat. Many factors have led to the creation of this magazine.
